. . . and Assuring a Steady Blood Supply
An increase in patient demand for blood products during the month of August has left the blood supply extremely low before the Labor Day holiday. Donors are encouraged to give blood before, during, or after Labor Day to keep blood available for local patients.

For the first time ever, Hands of the Donor partners can earn TRIPLE points by donating blood on Labor Day, Monday, September 1 at the Austin Community Blood Center from 8am - 3pm.
